FSO Support Services
Digimo can provide support to your in-house FSO on an as-needed basis or can provide full FSO services either at your facility or remotely from our offices.
- Reviews all security paperwork for accuracy and completion and submits via JPAS and e-QIP systems.
- Provides guidance and instruction to employees to ensure completion of clearance paperwork.
- Establishes and maintains a working relationship with DSS in filing necessary clearance paperwork for new employees and periodic reviews for current employees.
- Maintains a working relationship with each contract's security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances.
- Maintains all security documentation and files in accordance with DSS requirements.
- Prepares the necessary paperwork in support of a DSS investigation or annual visit.
- Provides research and guidance to senior management on a particular agency's clearance requirements in support of business development opportunities.
- Conducts self-inspections and pre-inspection audits to ensure compliance.
